Purpose of inspection

After you establish a cooperative relationship with your customer, in the contract execution process, in order for the buyer or seller to ensure that the contract is executed effectively and qualified, then you need an end-to-end method according to relevant laws, standards, contracts, etc. Both parties shall conduct audits and inspections on the basis of both parties to ensure the consistency and standardization of each stage, thereby reducing risks.

♣   Pre-production inspection: Inspectors review raw materials, drawings, production equipment, personnel qualifications and related materials according to the inspection and test plan approved by the buyer and the seller

♣   Inspection during the production process: inspectors conduct quality inspections on semi-finished and finished products on the production line

♣   Sampling inspection before product delivery: The inspector performs 100% inspection on the quality and appearance of the finished product according to customer requirements or the quantity negotiated by both parties .

♣   Shipping supervision: the inspector will inspect the packaging and sealing conditions according to the actual different transportation methods

♣   Pre-factory acceptance test ( FAT ): Inspectors conduct pre-factory tests on finished products in accordance with relevant regulations and customer requirements
