According to the relevant regulations of Ukraine, the 1-24 categories of commodities in the international trade commodity catalogue must provide the commodity quality certificate issued by the Ukrainian commodity inspection department and the certification certificate of the foreign quality certificate when entering the Ukrainian customs. The agency in charge of the inspection of imported commodities in Ukraine is the National Standards and Metrology Certification Committee of Ukraine. Ukraine’s National Commission for Standards and Metrology and 25 standard certification centers in each state are responsible for the inspection and certification of imported goods.  1. There are three types of inspection procedures for imported goods in Ukraine:

Commodities must be (compulsory) certified. According to the Ukrainian Certification Standards and Regulations, more than 100 imported commodities must be compulsory certification before they can enter Ukraine and be sold on the Ukrainian domestic market, such as telephone program-controlled switches, medicines, toys, agricultural products, food, food raw materials Wait. Gifts, exhibits, humanitarian assistance and technical assistance products, inputs of production materials under the corporate statutory fund, overseas incoming materials, customs bonded goods and re-exported goods are exempt from compulsory certification; non-certified products, as long as they show that they are qualified by the commodity inspection of the country of production Certificates, and can be imported and sold after passing the sample inspection, such as some daily-use light industrial products and food, and some raw materials. Ukraine conducts separate certification for technical equipment products.    For products with mutual exemption certification, according to the bilateral cooperation agreement signed by Ukraine, if the commodity inspection department of the country under the agreement has inspected and issued a quality certificate for the exported products, the product can be exempted from quality certification procedures when entering the Ukrainian customs. In April 1997, China and Ukraine signed the "Cooperation Agreement on Conformity Assessment of Import and Export Commodities between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Ukraine". After the two parties exchanged and recognized the commodity inspection laboratories and commodity lists provided by each other, China exports within the scope of the list. Commodities can enjoy the treatment exempted from certification. Scope of application

The Ukrainian certification system covers most of the products sold and used in Ukraine:

• Mass consumer products, such as food, textiles, cosmetics and toys. • Mechanical and electrical products • Industrial equipment used in the food, chemical, oil and gas, and construction industries • Telecommunication products • Vehicles • Other industrial products. Compared with GOST-R certification, the scope of Ukrainian certification is wider and the certification period is limited. Must change. For example: Ukraine certification includes telecommunications products, but in Russia telecommunications products are telecommunications type approved and are not within the scope of GOST-R certification; the maximum period of one certification in Ukraine can be up to five years, while the longest certification in Russia is 3 years.

Ukraine certification type: single batch certification and series certification

1. Single batch certification ------ This certificate is valid for one year and can only be used for one shipment of a certain product, that is, a certain type and quantity of products.
2. Series certification-its validity period is 12 months to 5 years, depending on the characteristics of the product and the type of certification selected.
3. For certificates that are valid for one year, sample tests are required. There is no need to audit production facilities, but it is still required for certain products (such as food, telecommunications products, etc.).
4. For certificates with a validity period of 2-3 years, sample testing and quality assessment of the production line must be done.
5. For certificates with a validity period of 5 years, the quality management system needs to be authenticated and sample tests are also required.
