 The RTN certificate is jointly issued by GOSGORTECHNADNOR (National Bureau of Technical Supervision) and GOSSTANDARD (National Standards Committee). The procedure and conditions for the issuance of the certificate are "Regulations on the Procedures for Issuing Technical Equipment Applicable to Hazardous Production Projects." Areas with the risk of industrial disasters, as well as any related equipment that may generate flammable or explosive hazards during use, or any related equipment that may endanger the public or the safety of the ecological environment, need to apply for a dangerous equipment safety permit.The RTN license can be applied for by the manufacturer or by the user/seller.The RTN certificate is valid for 5 years and can be used in all parts of the Russian Federation.
