Why do you need Customs Union certification

The transition date of the old GOST certification certificate: The certification certificate obtained before September 2, 2011 can continue to be used until the end of the certificate validity period. The GOST certificate obtained during the period from September 2, 2011 to February 15, 2013 is valid until 2015 at the latest March 15th.
