GOST-TR certificate (technical regulations)

        GOST-TR (TR is the abbreviation of Technical Regulation, Russian is Технический регламент, meaning technical specifications.) The technical specifications are based on the Federal Law No. 184-Ф3 "About Technical Specifications" signed and issued on December 27, 2002 . Since 2008, various technical regulations issued by the Russian government have gradually come into effect one by one. Through the implementation of these technical regulations, the Russian government hopes to achieve enhanced product safety laws and serve the Russian people. Therefore, if the product is exported to Russia, obtaining the product's technical regulations certificate is a stepping stone to open the Russian market. There are two types of
        GOST TR certificates : one is the delivery batch certificate, which refers to the batch of products listed in the foreign trade contract, and the certificate is only valid for the batch of products; the second is the batch production certificate, which is divided into 1 year Valid, valid for 3 years, valid for 4 years and valid for 5 years.

The certificate is applicable to manufacturers who only export a batch of products to Russia, but only to the buyer’s specific customers in Russia and the number of products is determined. That is to say, foreign manufacturers cannot use this certificate to sell products after obtaining this certificate. To other customers. It is a delivery certificate for a single contract.

GOST -TR certification conformity assessment procedure

1. Submit a certification application (product name and model, specification parameters, international customs codes, etc.);

4. Audit the factory and sample testing (if the certification scheme has this requirement);
