电梯LIFT认证简介

欧盟在2014年发布了电梯新指令2014/33/EU，以及新版电梯标准EN 81-20以及电梯制造与安装安全规范 EN 81-50，指令与标准将于2016年4月20日起执行，并与2017年9月起强制实施，将替代老的电梯指令95/16/EC。LIFT指令是欧盟针对电梯安全的指令，欧盟授权机构依据LIFT指令对直梯的安全部件和直梯产品进行EC合格评审。

法律背景：

在欧盟成员国范围内，电梯安全部件只有在它们具有CE 标志且附有EC 符合声明的条件下才能投放市场。CE 标志的获得遵照安全部件的EC 型式试验（电梯指令 2014/33/EU）；

欧盟成员国内，电梯安全部件具备CE标志且附有EC的符合声明的条件下才能投放市场。
LIFT指令对安全部件定义如下：

层门门锁装置：轿门门锁装置和厅门门锁装置

上行超速保护装置（制动器）

防止电梯坠落的装置安全钳
-瞬时式 (滚轮和楔块)
-渐进式限速器

-缓冲器
-蓄能型缓冲器
-耗能性缓冲器

管道破裂阀或安全阀 ( 液压电梯安全防滑落装置 )

电气安全控制回路

认证流程：

LIFT指令附件IV 中列入的所有电梯安全部件的授权。SICE检验工程师依据LIFT指令，依据LIFT指令对直梯的安全部件和直梯产品进行EC合格评审，开展全球的一站式检测认证服务。

审查技术文件（设计计算书复核，设计图纸审查等）；
验证安全部件技术符合性；
依据标准进行检查和测试（依据EN81-1/2，附录F.1 至 F.7安全部件测试要求）

电梯安全部件认证模式

基于EC型式试验的安全评估模式：
   EC型式检验（附件Ⅴ-模式B）+ 最终产品的随机检验(附件Ⅺ–模式C)
    EC型式检验（附件Ⅴ-模式B）+ 产品质量保证(附件Ⅺ–模式E)
基于质量保证体系的安全评估模式：
   全面量控制（附录Ⅸ-模式H）：获得EC型式许可的电梯安全部件，在设计，生产和检验检测环节满足LIFT指令和协调标准EN81-1/EN81-2的基本要求，可以申请全面质量控制模式的EC证书。
